Welcome to No Weird Stuff, a small family run cake business based in rural Scotland. Using only the finest ingredients we make delicious gluten free, organic cakes with no added sugar and no artificial sweeteners, flavourings or preservatives.

Our cakes are Gluten Free, not just for those who must avoid gluten, but great for anyone wanting to add greater variety to their diet by introducing other grains, those choosing to give wheat a break and the growing numbers who like to have all the flavour but without the heaviness of a wheat based cake.

With the perfect balance of fruit and spice, our delicious cakes are ideal for celebrations, particularly if you or some of your guests are wheat or gluten intolerant. They create a feeling of inclusion without the need for separate cakes for allergy sufferers and eliminate concerns about cross contamination, for example. a gluten free wedding cake stacked under a cake made with wheat. We believe that as our cakes are both delicious and competitively priced, they will meet the needs of all your guests whilst giving you peace of mind. No added sugar: Instead we rely instead on the sweetness from the fruit and xylitol, a naturally occuring substance with a sweet taste, renowned for its health benefits. Extracted from birch trees and other hard woods, xylitol tastes and looks like sugar but with a low G.I, releases energy slowly into your bloodstream to prevent spikes and troughs in your energy levels. This makes a No Weird Stuff cake a great choice for keeping your energy levels constant as well as for people needing to cut down on sugar generally.

You can rest assured that none of our ingredients are genetically modified, our cakes contain no hydrogenated fats, we use only unwaxed citrus peel from organic fruit, many of our organic spices are ground fresh on the day we bake and all of our dried fruit is presoaked overnight in French brandy so the finished product is deliciously moist.
